The word on the street is that a fellow blogger just found out she's expecting baby #2 and wanted to know what everybody's favorite baby names were.
And NO...This girl right here is not preggers! (Just to clear things up)
Since Blake and I were together we had always said that we were going to name our little girl "Maddie" and our little boy "Blaine." So when I actual got pregnant, we started back peddling and thinking of other names. Blake was determined, if it was a boy, to name him Blake Jr. I, for one, am not a fan of naming my son the same name as my husband. I am married to a Blake and for me that name is special just for him. Therefore, I WAS NOT naming my boy Blake. PERIOD. To compromise, Blake wanted (if it were a boy) to have the same initials etc... Thinking that was totally fair...we tried to come up with EVERY B name in the book...and I just didn't LOVE them. So that didn't work out either. After we found out it was indeed a boy, I feel like it took us forever to come up with a name I LOVED. We were sitting around the ranch campfire one night and my dad said "What about Colt? that name has some hair on it don't ya think?" and so now we have a COLT :) We should name our next kid with a D initial...It would complete our A, B and C! Knowing now that I won't be restricted with initials next time around...here are my top picks.
Girl:
Daelee Blake
(my middle name is Dae)
Blakely Dae
(see Blake can have his way)
Boy:
Cash
(My all time favorite name forever and always! Please Blake can we name our NEXT boy Cash?!!)

I thought she was saying someone was preggers too! Apparently, we need to be careful how we word things. When I posted my baby names, my second cousin said, "I didn't know you were expecting!" Ooops, that's why I edited it to say NOT preggers!

If we had had a girl her name would have been Peyton Lynn...I love that name...and other than Maddox...I really like the name Ethan for a boy but Collin doesn't like that...So when we decide it's time for #2 we are set if its a girl but if we get another boy its back to the drawing board :D
