I'm obsessed...

...with my dog! I am totally convinced that I have the best dog in the world. If you have a dog...I'm pretty sure you feel the same way. For those of you that don't know her, she is a border collie named Dixie, but also goes by Dixie Mae, Mamie Sue, Mame and Mamer. She is incredibly smart, affectionate and loves everyone! Blake and I got her at the end of my junior year in HS and the end of his freshman year at SMU. She is a little over 6 years old and is our CHILD. I swear sometimes she is human. As funny as it may sound, I have caught myself wondering if I will love my precious baby boy as much as I love her. :) This dog potties on command, goes to sleep on command...When you say "do you want me to rub your belly?" She lies on her back and lifts her leg. When I say "Where is daddy?" NOMATTER where Blake is she finds him, jumps in his lap and licks his face! (just to name a FEW) It is truly amazing and even though she is a dog... She truly is a family member, buddy and best friend.
